I shall be interested to see how your Bismarckia does this summer keep us posted. What temperature did you germinate the Bismarckia at.
I'll be interested how it gets on too. I bought 5 seeds but this was the only one that germinated after couple months at about 25c (my propogater can't heat much higher than this) it already shows a blue tinge in its first leaf. It is currently being kept between 16 and 25c in my indoor greenhouse. Its lit with a fluorescent bulb about 14 hours a day.
