Hi, my names Darren and I'm a plant-a-holic. Not much of a gardener but I'm giving it a go. Started a tropical style garden at the beginning of the year and have spent quite a bit of time looking around this forum for research so I thought I would join.

Hello. If you are a plant-a-holic already you are on the slippery slope. Tropicals have just increased your speed down that slope.

I am in Norwich too. Tropical gardening is highly addictive but rewarding.

I have some of the usual suspects such as Tetrapanex, Fatsia Japonica, Waggy and Trachycarpus, Canary Palm, Tithonia, Canna etc.

Will post some pics when I get them off the camera.

Thought I would finally post a couple of pics. Had to Photoshop out the wife sun bathing first as I didn't want to frighten anyone. Pics were taken summer 2019 so the garden was only a year old at that point. Also added a pic of the bar as every garden needs a bar for those hot, sweaty gardening weekends.
