I look forward to hearing more about your travels abroad and plants you have spotted growing in their natural habitats. Your information gives all of us a good insight of many 'exotic' plants grow naturally and we can then maybe replicate these conditions to give the plants the best chance of survival!

Hi there
we are also a member of GOTE and some dutch forums
reading forums is a nice way to spend your time, certainly now the days are getting shorter.
It is always good to exchange experiences and so on.

dave, frost is coming indeed, it will be here at the end of the week. I have to say we are lucky here along the coastline, the sea is one big radiator in winter, but also a big cooling system in summer.

A year ago we move to a another house in same the place.(too much work.....do not try it)

There are a couple of plants in the garden but
much of our plants are still in the greenhouse waiting for spring.
