with washingtonia tying together I was worried about the air circulation. I am definately going to give it a glass shelter to keep the worst of the winter wet out. Its the fungal growth that does the damage

This is my favourite pic as well.
Stunning. Has a very mediterranean look about it, plus it looks secluded and homely.
