Re: T-Rex That's Got A Soft Head
My small T Rex has started to grow i stuck a timber frame on it with plastic and fleece no snow sat on the growing point .Last year my large T rex the growing point went soft and it sprouted from the ground.
Re: T-Rex That's Got A Soft Head
Yes ,mine has also gone soft and fallen off, much to the disapointment of my wife She did so enjoy its hard tip and its firm erect structure !! Sorry, must have the wrong forum!!
Re: T-Rex That's Got A Soft Head
Johnny your on the right forum, lots of our heads have gone very soft, some are soft all the way down to the ground sadly,
but there is hope of pups in the spring time, in fact we could be over run with them by June

Re: T-Rex That's Got A Soft Head
Derick, I just give it chic poo and water well in and stand back, they do like a lot to drink while growing in the summer. Sorry about yours Dicas, no sign of pups here yet.
Re: T-Rex That's Got A Soft Head
Thanks Derrick & Nick. No surprise really though, it didn't look or do it's best last year after the bad Winter.
Do you mean this one Derrick, this was last year after the tops died on mine. Never had a sucker before, then this This was next door's garden.
Just a reminder of how rampant they can be Di

Not long after the neighbours hacked them all down, be interesting to see how far they have spread this year. I'm keeping my head well below fence level
