Not sure if they can be ID'd properly as they are still young ...but it would be nice to have an idea all name tags were lost over winter
Thanks in advance
Palm seedling ID's
Re: Palm seedling ID's
Do we have some choices to choose from ?
First one looks like Livistona chinensis, 3rd one trachycarpus naini tal or fortunei, 4th one Trachycarpus latisectus ,the 5th could be chamerops humilis I cant see if it has spines on the petioles, the others are more difficult they could likely be Brahea edulis or possibly Trithrinax acanthacoma or Trachycarpus manipur but too small too tell.

Re: Palm seedling ID's
Not an easy task. I agree with Nigel on the trachycarpus. but I had a Sabal and a phoenix reclinata that looked like two of the others at seedling stage

Re: Palm seedling ID's
the only clues I have is there was a label in palm 6 sabel bermudana and a label L chinensis which i think relates to palm one

No.1 definitely Livistona chinensis & No.4 looks like Trachycarpus latisectus or Trachycarpus martianus...

Re: Palm seedling ID's
If no 6 only grows about one leaf a year, then it will be the Sabal burmudana.
Best regards

Re: Palm seedling ID's
I got Sabal bermudiana seedlings through the winter but the problem is theyre not going to grow very fast like you say Dave..
They looks a nice set of young palms lee-ann, I can fathom out the Trachys but none of the others

Re: Palm seedling ID's
Sabal bermudana should have a glaucous top leaf surface.
The one with spines is chamerops humilis.
