That should look great Kris, you'll have to put a photo up when it's done, then I can pick your brains for a how-to.Yorkshire Kris wrote:Just a little teaser for what I've got planned for my dead tree fern....

I'll take some pics and a video when the garden has filled out a bit. For now imagine lots of baby cannas and little bedding plants that will hopefully explode in all directions soon and look great in a months time. The Codfather wrote:pics.....
The dead tree fern experiment will be the last thing planted in late June. Hopefully it will be a bit special, we'll wait and see if it works.......DiCasS wrote:That should look great Kris, you'll have to put a photo up when it's done, then I can pick your brains for a how-to.

Can't wait Kris, will it be lying flat or standing? Both would look great.

Ok I said I wouldn't post any pics until the height of summer, well after the rubbish cold and wet weather today the sun has just come out so I thought I would make the most of it and take some pics. Not of the full garden but mainly individual plants. Still got a lots to plant out when it warms up again.
Today I have sown C australis and indivisia plus runner beans!

last one. All my colocasias had all their leaves removed a few weeks ago because of Red Spider Mite. They are making a decent recovery
