I thought the same too, very steep for a 2 litre pot.

Adam's source Cally Gardens is also listing it, but no prices.

They were half that price at Cally Gardens.

He had them in two sizes.

Also, he had a monster one in the ground in one of the covered plant tunnel things. It must have been 8 feet across and 4 feet high. It did not seem to branch much though as it grew.

Has anyone tried the orange one 'Cabaret'. I've only ever seen it as young plants for sale - never in a garden.

Ian, thats got lovely colouring to it, i'm really getting in to mahonias now, just bought my 9th one. There so versatile you can grow some almost as a small tree if you keep bottom pruned. karl.
