Ok, its growing ok now Spring is here,
What do I do with the jacket its in, it looks horrible. I peeled the brown skin but was left with this mess.

So they cover the lower stem cordy?
As you can see, there is space at the top of that stem jacket thingy, can it be trimmed nearer the new growth?

Just leave it to push the its new leaves above where you have cut off last years. Then you can trim this back, mine looks the same, it will look better when the stem has dried out too.kata wrote:So they cover the lower stem cordy?
