What would the temperature have to be for it to be absolutely not possible to have a frost?

1. 2 metres is chosen with regard to measuring air frost - this is because official temperatures are taken at this level.

As Stephen quotes: 2m is the official height for measuring temperature.
Also the measuring equipment must be 50-feet from any building or dwelling and ideally should be mounted above grass.
Makes it difficult in your own yard for mounting options ?
